โ€ข 1 whole chicken
โ€ข Seasoning/marinade of choice

1. Preheat the oven to 185ยฐC
2. Turn the chicken breast-side down, and cut out the backbone with a kitchen scissors
3. Turn it back around and press down hard to flatten
4. Apply the marinade and coat evenly all over
5. Place in the oven for 50-55 minutes

One of the better combos! This is a more nutritious take on Reece's peanut butter cups providing a better fat profile, less sugar and almost 10g protein per cup. A proper treat ๐ŸคŒ

๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:
โ€ข 250g dark chocolate
โ€ข 1 tbsp coconut oil
โ€ข 125g smooth peanut butter
โ€ข 2 scoops vanilla whey
โ€ข 1 cup frozen raspberries
โ€ข 2 tbsp chia seeds
โ€ข 1 tbsp honey
๐ŸŽฏ
๐— ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฑ:
1. Line a muffin tray with 12 muffin cases
2. Melt your chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 15-20 seconds
3. Add 1/2 a tbsp to each case and place in the freezer to set
4. Add the peanut butter and whey to a bowl and mix until well combined
5. Add the berries, chia seeds and honey to a pot and place on low heat, stirring until it looks like jam. Leave to cool for a few minutes
6. Remove the tray from the freezer and add about half a tbsp of the the peanut butter and whey mixture to each
7. Add a layer of the cooled raspberry jam on top
8. Add the remaining chocolate on top and place the fridge to chill and set
9. Enjoy
