Protein Porridge
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup water
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a pot and stir gently on low heat until thick
2. Top with berries, banana and granola
3. Serve with a coffee (compulsory)
