Egg Tortilla

Ingredients:
2-3 eggs, whisked
Wholemeal tortilla
2 slices of ham
Mozzarella, grated

Method:
1. Pour your eggs onto a hot pan with olive oil
2. When the eggs start to cook, place your wrap on top and apply some pressure
3. Flip over, and place your fillings in the middle
4. Fold over, and cook until the tortilla is toasted and the cheese is melted. Apply pressure to make sure it stays closed
