Protein Brownies
Unbelievable brownie recipe by @hexis_performance. Can’t believe how well these turned out

Ingredients:
150g dark chocolate (>75% cocoa)
100g peanut butter
4 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp honey
3 scoops choc/vanilla whey (I mixed them but either works)
100g hazelnuts

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC
2. Melt the dark chocolate, honey, coconut oil and peanut butter
3. Beat the eggs in a large bowl, then mix the whey through until smooth
4. Transfer the melted mixture to the eggs and protein and mix
5. Fold in your hazelnuts and add to a lined baking tray
6. Place in the oven for 10-12 mins
7. Place on a wire rack to cool. For best results leave them in the fridge for a couple of hours
8. Horse on the kettle
