Greek Yoghurt Shards

A very handy low carb, high protein grab-and-go snack

Ingredients:
500g Greek yoghurt
Toppings of choice ๐ŸŽฏ


Method:
1. Pour the yoghurt into a shallow lined dish and spread evenly
2. Top with fruit/berries/nuts of choice
3. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours until set
4. Store in the freezer and break off a piece as you want
