Oak Crusted Chicken Tenders
Great snack, lunch or dinner option. Very good in a wrap or sandwich ๐
(Serves: 3)

Ingredients:
3 chicken fillets, sliced
2 eggs, beaten
90g of oats, blended
Tsp black pepper

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200ยฐC
2. Slice your chicken (about 3 tenders per beast)
3. Blend your oats and black pepper
4. Whisk your eggs
5. Dip each tender in the egg, and then coat in the oat crumb
6. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray with plenty space between each one
7. Bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake for a further 10-15 minutes

Notes: Add some spices like cajun to the oats if you like them spicy. They would also be very good in an air fryer
