Pitta Pizzas

A Friday Fake-Away, even though it could be any day of the week! Mark O’Connor’s Pitta Pizzas ๐Ÿ•

Ingredients:
Wholemeal Pittas
Tomato Sauce (no added sugar or salt)
Mozzarella, grated
Toppings of choice

Method:
1. Halve the pittas
2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on each half
3. Put on your cheese and toppings of choice and into the oven at 200ยฐC for about 20 minutes
