Smoothie Bowl

These almost look too good to eat. This was my first, but it won’t be my last. Perfect breakfast or pre or post-workout and a great way to get some fruit and berries into your day

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana (ideally frozen)
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 scoop vanilla whey (optional)
150ml milk

Method:
1. Add all ingredients to your blender and mix. If you have the option, blend on a low-speed. If you have only one speed like a Nutribullet, add the milk in stages until you get the texure you want
2. Transfer to a bowl and decorate how you like
